As I promised yesterday, I'm using the next few blog posts to catch up on my latest projects. Today I think I'll feature some of the new dishes I've been working on. I got an 8" round monoco plate mold from Delphi Glass and it took a little while for me to get around to using it. Last Friday I started working on two different designs to slump in it. One uses thin glass chips and shards in greens and blues, while the other is a mosaic-style dish with purples, blue, green, cream, and iridescent glass chips. Both came out nicely, in my humble opinion. :-)
